Registration fees and deadlines

• full registration: includes sessions, coffee breaks, reception, banquet and a copy of the proceedings
• student registration: includes sessions, coffee breaks and reception

For the student registration, we require proof of student status (copy of student card).

There is a discount for early registration. The deadline for early registration is 31 May 1999. If you register later than 31 May, your registration will be considered as an on-site registration. Payment must arrive within one week after the deadline (by 7 June 1998) in order to qualify for an early registration discount. If payment is not received in time the registration will be considered invalid and a new invoice will be issued.

Additional banquet tickets, and additional copies of the proceedings can be obtained, if ordered in advance.

Please note that we will not pay for the bank transfer costs: your registration will only be valid if we receive the correct amount on our account. Be sure to mention your name and registration number.

We accept Eurocheques in euros (EUR). These should be made payable to ISIPTA '99. Note that there is a limit of 170 euros per Eurocheque. Be sure to mention your name and registration number.

The registration process

1. First (and unless you have already done so before), you have to preregister, by filling out the web form on the ELECTRONIC PREREGISTRATION page. After submitting this web form, you should get a confirming e-mail message with a registration number and summary registration data.
2. Next, introduce the registration number you have received into the web form below, and press the Submit button.
3. You will obtain in your browser the ISIPTA '99 REGISTRATION FORM, with name and address information already filled out for you.
4. Print this form.
5. Complete the form (using BLOCK LETTERS) with the payment data and sign.
6. Send the completed form by fax or mail to the following address:

When we receive your registration form and payment, we will send you a confirmation by electronic mail. Prior to registration, you have received a registration number. Please mention this number in all your correspondence.
